How do I register my product’s warranty?

Given that we have a wide range of products at Aqusoft, please refer to the website for the warranty given on each product. To register and claim your warranty, simply drop an email with subject “WARRANTY REGISTRATION” to support@aqusoft.co within 7 days of receiving your product with original purchase invoice. You will receive a confirmation mail of the warranty within 48 hours.

Please be informed, Warranty will be registered for the products which are sold by official Amazon seller account ‘Aqusoft’. Any unauthorised sales or sales by unauthorised sellers or outside of amazon.com won’t be eligible for Warranty Registration.             

How/When can I claim warranty for my product?

1. To make a warranty claim, ensure that you’ve registered your product within one week of delivery. 
2. If you encounter any issues, please reach out to us at support@aqusoft.co and our team will promptly address your concerns within 48 hours. 
3. When contacting us, please provide your order information along with photos and videos demonstrating the issue. 
4. Please note that only the damaged part of the product can be replaced, not the entire product.
5. Returns are not accepted for customised Products.
6. Additionally, each product is eligible for warranty replacement only once.
7. Wear and tear of the product, as well as instances of mishandling or misuse, are not covered under warranty.
   • Shower Filters, Faucet Filters, Pitcher Filters & Tumblers  – Paint peeling due to mishandling or broken due to fall.
   • Hydrogen Water bottle & Water Tester –  Mishandling, High Voltage Issues. 
   • Loss of part of the product. 
   • Above are just illustrative examples and not comprehensive. 
8. Please be aware that warranty processing is subject to the sole discretion of the Aqusoft team.

Note: Warranty claims do not result in refunds; only replacements are issued.
